Shipping & Delivery
Every Kumo Drill set is shipped tracked and delivered to your door anywhere in Singapore, free of charge. We are a small team and we would rather be honest about timing than promise next-day and miss it.
Delivery within Singapore
- Free tracked delivery on every order. No minimum.
- Delivery time: 7 to 12 working days from the day you order.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships, and the courier will message you before delivery.
We deliver to HDB blocks, condominiums, offices and serviced apartments, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Why 7 to 12 days?
Our sets are packed at the workshop that makes them and flown to Singapore for each batch of orders, rather than sitting in a warehouse here. That is how we keep the price where it is and still ship free. As demand grows we will hold stock locally and shorten this window; you will always see the current estimate on the product page before you pay.
Buying for a birthday?
Order at least two weeks ahead to be safe. For Children's Day (Friday 2 October) that means ordering by Wednesday 16 September. If a date is tight, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Taxes and duties
The price you see at checkout is the full price. Orders are under the S$400 import relief threshold, so there is no GST, duty or courier fee to pay on delivery.
Buying as a gift?
The invoice always goes to your email, never inside the box, so the parcel can be handed straight to the child. If you are working to a date, add a note at checkout or email us first and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your parcel is delayed beyond 12 working days, damaged, or marked as delivered but nowhere to be found, email hello@kumotoy.com with your order number and we will sort it out, replacement or refund, your choice.
