Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made on kumotoy.com ("Kumotoy", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them. They do not remove any right you have under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act.

1. Orders and prices

All prices are in Singapore dollars. The price shown at checkout is the full price; there is nothing to pay on delivery. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If a product is priced or described incorrectly by obvious mistake, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

2. Promotions and bundle discounts

Automatic multi-set discounts (for example 10% off two sets, 15% off three) are applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other product discounts. Campaign prices are valid until the date shown on the site or while the announced batch lasts, whichever comes first.

3. Delivery

Delivery is free and tracked to any address in Singapore. Our current estimate is 7 to 12 working days and is shown on every product page before you pay. See our Shipping policy for full details, including what happens if a parcel is late, damaged or lost.

4. Returns and the Happy Kid Guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to return any set for a full refund, for any reason. Lost or broken pieces are replaced free of charge for 12 months. Full details, including how to start a return, are in our Refund policy.

5. Safety

Our toys carry age guidance and warnings on the product page and packaging. The Kumo Drill is recommended for ages 3 and up and contains small parts; adult supervision is recommended for younger children and for the first sessions. Please follow the guidance provided.

6. Your account and data

We use your details only to process your order, deliver it and support you. See our Privacy policy. We never sell your data.

7. Intellectual property

Kumotoy, the Kumotoy logo and the content of this site are ours or used under licence. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
